[00:00:05.288] Thank you again everyone for joining our session [00:00:08.019] today. We're going to talk about how you can organize [00:00:10.439] your Gale Ebooks collection with our new [00:00:12.579] Bookshelf Curation tool. [00:00:14.509] My name is Amber Winters and I'm one of the senior [00:00:16.708] training consultants here with Gale. [00:00:19.929] So a quick agenda for everyone. First, of course, [00:00:22.199] I want to talk about some of those bookshelf [00:00:24.539] curat curation features and which [00:00:26.638] you'll find on the platform. [00:00:28.079] But we'll spend the majority of the time actually walking [00:00:30.170] through. So you can get a feel of where [00:00:32.279] to find the tool, how the tool works, some of the different [00:00:34.579] things you can do with the tool and then the [00:00:36.639] very end of the session, we will have some time [00:00:38.740] for any wrap up that we may have. [00:00:40.840] If I don't get to your questions that are in [00:00:42.880] the Q and A before we end the session, [00:00:45.020] I'll be sure to answer them all at the end but should [00:00:47.439] be able to get all of your questions answered as we [00:00:49.459] move along today. So that ending will really [00:00:51.709] just be about contact information for you. [00:00:56.408] So while we're not digging into Gil E books all the way [00:00:58.539] today since we're just looking at that curation tool. [00:01:00.939] Um, I do just want to remind anyone on the line [00:01:03.189] who's maybe a little bit newer to Gale ebooks. [00:01:05.448] So Gale Ebooks is going to be your [00:01:07.459] platform to access all of your Gale [00:01:10.528] ebooks specifically. So, none of your other [00:01:12.698] ebook collection, but just your ebooks that you've [00:01:14.799] purchased from Gale and it is unlimited [00:01:17.150] 24 7 access for your users. [00:01:19.198] So they won't need to worry about checking [00:01:21.388] something out or waiting in line, they'll be [00:01:23.439] able to access their ebooks at any time. [00:01:25.838] These are nonfiction, ebooks [00:01:28.489] focused um and content from elementary [00:01:30.918] all the way to adult learners as well [00:01:33.028] as professional development and things like that. [00:01:35.689] On the platform, we have resource [00:01:37.930] tools that are going to be really helpful for your patrons [00:01:40.168] and your users. So things like translating [00:01:42.409] the platform and the text, listening, [00:01:44.799] highlights and notes, Google and Microsoft integration [00:01:47.189] as well as a nice citation generator [00:01:49.439] is going to help your users. So again, we're [00:01:51.469] not looking into those today [00:02:08.610] curation tool and this was previously [00:02:10.929] called librarian login. So if you [00:02:13.129] have been using guilty books for a while, [00:02:15.599] it was librarian login, we changed the name [00:02:17.860] a bit said, make it a little more obvious [00:02:19.889] what this tool does. [00:02:22.288] But this is going to be a separate login [00:02:24.580] for anyone who kind of [00:02:26.758] um handles [00:02:28.969] the ebooks. So anyone who organizes [00:02:30.979] or purchases or works with ebooks. [00:02:33.409] You're going to be the ones who are going to use this login. [00:02:35.778] So your users, your patrons, your students [00:02:38.110] are really never going to need to be on [00:02:40.169] this back end because they're not going to be organizing [00:02:42.889] the content. [00:02:45.508] And what's really nice is you can create as [00:02:47.520] many new collections as you want to and you can base [00:02:49.800] it on your learning community. So [00:02:51.879] it may be a specific user need. [00:02:54.288] Maybe you have a library initiative going on. [00:02:56.379] You want to highlight the ebooks related [00:02:58.558] to that. Maybe there's a special observance [00:03:00.689] like Black History Month and you want to have [00:03:02.919] a nice bookshelf with all of your uh [00:03:05.000] ebooks related to Black History Month. [00:03:07.338] Maybe you just bought new titles and you want them [00:03:09.379] all pulled together in one collection for easy [00:03:11.409] access. If I have anyone [00:03:13.469] on the line from kind of the K 12 Arena, [00:03:15.879] if you have a particular class who's coming [00:03:18.000] into your library, working on a project, [00:03:20.629] working on a specific unit, you can [00:03:22.659] curate a bookshelf for them. [00:03:24.808] So they'll really easily be able to get in. You can name it [00:03:26.868] whatever you want to, so I could name it, Miss Winter's [00:03:29.649] Us History Unit one, [00:03:31.770] it can get really specific and [00:03:34.129] add those books there. So then students can easily click [00:03:36.250] in and say, OK, this is where I need to be. These [00:03:38.558] are the ebooks I need to be looking at as opposed [00:03:40.679] to going through your full collection. [00:03:44.460] And what's great is you can toggle all of your collections [00:03:46.830] or bookshelves. We kind of use collection and [00:03:48.849] bookshelf [00:03:50.389] interchangeably, but you can toggle all of those [00:03:52.740] on and off throughout the year. [00:03:55.139] So if you [00:03:56.618] do as [00:04:12.558] needed from your users [00:04:15.710] on this pla platform, we also have [00:04:17.910] a pull [00:04:35.608] a bulk, a bulk list and upload [00:04:37.959] it directly into your collection and not [00:04:40.059] have to worry about that. [00:04:42.759] And finally, in this bookshelf curation [00:04:44.970] tool, we do have a link to purchasing ebooks. [00:04:47.439] So as you go through and build your collections, [00:04:49.949] build your bookshelves and you realize maybe [00:04:52.178] something's missing, you have a gap that you need [00:04:54.319] to fill. You can actually access [00:04:56.399] our purchasing platform straight from [00:04:58.579] the Gale Ebooks platform. We have a nice [00:05:00.720] link to that now. So we'll take a look at that [00:05:03.088] once we get in the platform here. [00:05:07.040] So let's go ahead and take a look. Let's see how this [00:05:09.139] works, how you can really organize your [00:05:11.189] collection here While I'm switching [00:05:13.309] over. [00:05:16.139] Does anyone have any questions at all about [00:05:18.790] the curation tool? Just what I went over briefly. [00:05:24.670] OK. I don't see anything. So let's go ahead and [00:05:26.699] get started. [00:05:28.629] So I'm just on the home page of Guilt E Books. [00:05:31.369] And now what I'm talking about bookshelves [00:05:33.829] or talking about collections again, they're kind of [00:05:36.019] those terms are used [00:05:37.220] interchangeably. I'm [00:05:39.399] talking about what you see on this left hand side [00:05:41.540] here. So each of these different [00:05:43.600] options and then they're listed in the middle of [00:05:45.619] the page here as well. So you'll see, I have a science [00:05:47.750] bookshelf, multicultural studies [00:05:50.259] law, all that good stuff. So [00:05:52.428] that's what we're going to be curating and that's what we're going [00:05:54.569] to be changing to best suit our users needs [00:05:57.939] to do that. Our bookshelf curation [00:06:00.329] login is actually down here at [00:06:02.338] the very bottom of your collections. [00:06:05.699] So you're going to log in [00:06:07.338] and this is your admin credentials. I'll pause [00:06:09.709] here. If you don't know your admin credentials. Currently, [00:06:12.428] you'll reach out to tech support and they'll be able to pro provide [00:06:14.939] them to you at the end of this session. [00:06:17.079] I will provide you with the, [00:06:19.290] the email to tech support. So if you don't have your admin [00:06:21.569] credentials yet, so you're not quite sure [00:06:23.639] how to log into your bookshelf curation, reach [00:06:26.100] out to them and they'll be able to give you that information. [00:06:36.230] So lets go ahead and sign in now. [00:06:39.689] Now, on this left hand side here, [00:06:41.720] you'll see, I have all of those collections that were [00:06:43.798] just listed on the Guilty Books home [00:06:45.889] page. I have them listed here and you'll see [00:06:48.028] some of them look a little different than others. You'll see some [00:06:50.259] of them are just kind of this white entry. [00:06:52.600] Some of them are white and they have this little bar next [00:06:54.899] to them. Some are grayed out with a bar next [00:06:57.059] to them and some are grayed out without a bar next to them. [00:06:59.879] So any of these that you see that are just [00:07:01.949] kind of white with no bar, those are [00:07:04.730] bookshelves that gale [00:07:06.869] has already created. So basically [00:07:09.269] all of the ebooks you purchase are [00:07:11.319] tagged to a specific subject. [00:07:13.608] So when you purchase, let's say a collection [00:07:15.790] of, history ebooks, [00:07:18.569] want [00:07:35.129] to all of these entries here [00:07:37.319] that are this white box and have [00:07:39.369] this little bar. That's something that I've created [00:07:41.519] myself. So that's not something that Gail made. [00:07:44.019] That's something that I decided was important for [00:07:46.119] my collection with that little bar here. [00:07:48.579] Anything that you see that's grayed out [00:07:50.988] is something that is disabled. So [00:07:53.278] while it's still on the back end here, like you'll see, [00:07:55.399] I have a small business collection. It's [00:07:57.730] still on the back end. But if I were to jump back to [00:08:00.149] the Guilty books home page, [00:08:02.470] I wouldn't see that for my users [00:08:04.939] and I can toggle off both [00:08:07.088] what I've created and the [00:08:09.410] kind of defaults that Gail makes here. So you'll see, [00:08:11.480] I have 41 ebooks that [00:08:13.548] were defaulted tagging to [00:08:15.569] art, but I decided to hide that. [00:08:17.988] And maybe, you know, I bumped all of these [00:08:20.009] arts into art and literature, [00:08:22.569] I can hide those kind of as needed. [00:08:27.959] Now, I can also drag and drop these here. [00:08:30.108] So as I'm building them out, if I maybe want them [00:08:32.190] in alphabetical order, I can do that. I [00:08:34.210] can just click and drag the tiles [00:08:37.279] and pull them forward here. [00:08:39.609] If I want to highlight again, if we have [00:08:41.768] a nice new collection that you just built, [00:08:43.898] maybe you want your newest titles up top. [00:08:46.207] you can do that and just pull those for it up [00:08:48.278] top there. [00:08:50.019] You can really customize this. However you like [00:08:53.058] now, I'm going to click into [00:08:55.379] the science here. So this is a collection [00:08:57.798] that gale made. So all of the science [00:09:00.158] ebooks I have on my platform just automatically funnel [00:09:02.548] into this [00:09:04.259] this category [00:09:06.710] and I don't have the option to really edit [00:09:09.058] this much. You'll see I can click and [00:09:11.119] drag the title. So if I want to change [00:09:13.389] how the titles appear on this bookshelf, [00:09:15.979] I can do that. [00:09:17.460] But really the only options I have to [00:09:19.779] edit this are to turn it on and off, which [00:09:21.840] you find up top here under this enabled section. [00:09:24.719] So again, for anything that's gale created, [00:09:27.269] really your options are to toggle on and off [00:09:29.678] and to move your [00:09:33.219] your titles. However, you see fit [00:09:36.979] if I click into one that I've already made. [00:09:39.019] So I'll click into American History here. [00:09:41.389] Again, you can tell I made it because it's got this little [00:09:43.428] blue bar. [00:09:44.538] You see, I have some more options. Again, I still [00:09:46.580] have the option to turn this on or off. [00:09:48.769] So enabled or not, [00:09:50.599] I'll be able to include my own name and this [00:09:52.619] can be whatever you want it to [00:09:54.710] be whatever works best for [00:09:57.989] for your users, for your learning community. [00:10:00.460] And I can also here add a description which is [00:10:02.479] not available with the kind of gale generated [00:10:05.298] categories. So I can give a little [00:10:07.479] bit more detail if this is something that I made [00:10:10.070] for a specific class, a specific [00:10:12.149] teacher, I can put that in this description to let them [00:10:14.259] know. Hey, these are the ebooks that you need for your [00:10:16.330] project that's due [00:10:18.119] at the end of November, I'll be able to put [00:10:20.229] that here and give them some additional [00:10:22.399] context to what this collection is. [00:10:25.149] I will mention. Now, our save [00:10:27.239] button is listed here. Make sure [00:10:29.298] you hit save whenever you change anything, [00:10:31.580] you don't want to change it and then click off [00:10:33.719] and then, you know, actually forget about it [00:10:36.769] since this is a, is a collection I created [00:10:39.000] myself as opposed to an automated one, [00:10:41.469] I can delete it. So if I know I'm never [00:10:43.519] going to use this again, [00:10:45.200] I can delete it. If you think there is [00:10:47.399] ever a chance that you're going to use something again, [00:10:49.989] I would suggest just toggling it off instead [00:10:52.250] of deleting it. So even if it's something [00:10:54.389] that's no longer relevant right now, if [00:10:56.450] it could be relevant next year, you [00:10:58.590] know, a few months from now, just toggle [00:11:00.739] it off for now. So you don't have to re invent the wheel. [00:11:02.879] You don't have to make it again [00:11:06.099] and again, scrolling down. You're going to see all of the titles [00:11:08.288] listed here. I only have six in [00:11:10.330] this one. So you see it's a shorter list here, [00:11:12.500] but just like I could do previously, I can drag [00:11:14.710] and drop these [00:11:17.200] whatever order I want. [00:11:19.428] And what's nice is I can also delete these right here, [00:11:23.690] which again, you will not see with the gill [00:11:26.158] generated automated bookshelves. [00:11:30.340] Now, let's actually build a bookshelf [00:11:32.369] here. So we see what they look like now, you [00:11:34.450] know, already built, but let's take a look at what [00:11:36.570] it's going to to kind of do to build [00:11:38.729] it. So [00:11:39.558] I have two different options to [00:11:41.570] building a new collection. I can hit the button up top [00:11:43.629] here that says new collection or I can hit [00:11:45.668] the blue button here that says new collection. They do the same [00:11:47.788] thing. So we'll just hit this blue button. [00:11:51.750] It defaults to being enabled. So as soon as [00:11:53.830] you save this, your users are going to be able [00:11:55.940] to see it. But again, you can toggle it off [00:11:58.109] there if you want, I'll leave mine on. [00:12:00.690] I'll enter my collection name. I today, [00:12:02.798] I'll just do mental health. [00:12:05.349] I can add a description or not. It's not required, [00:12:12.840] but I can add a description. So again, as soon [00:12:14.989] as you change anything, make sure you save it, appear [00:12:17.239] in this corner. [00:12:20.298] Now you see, once I save it, this is set, [00:12:22.700] it's going to appear for my patrons. [00:12:25.029] Um, but right now there are no ebooks in it. So [00:12:27.168] it's just going to be blank, which of course is not [00:12:29.250] great. So while you're working on this, you may [00:12:31.288] want to toggle it off. Um, so they can't [00:12:33.548] see, you know that blink bookshelf sitting [00:12:35.570] there. Um I'm not gonna worry about it [00:12:37.609] because this is my personal account. So I'm just gonna [00:12:39.678] need to leave it enabled here. [00:12:41.460] Now that I put this information and now you'll [00:12:43.500] see, I have the option to either add titles [00:12:45.989] or add ISBN list [00:12:48.119] and this ISBN list. That's [00:12:50.129] that bulk upload option that I mentioned earlier. [00:12:52.469] We're going to take a look at that in just a little [00:12:54.570] bit. But first I want to talk about adding titles. [00:12:56.830] So if I click this, [00:12:58.639] you see, I have a few different ways to search, I can [00:13:00.690] search by a subject. So if I have, you [00:13:02.710] know, mental health in mind, I can search by mental health [00:13:05.288] if I know a specific title and I really want [00:13:07.369] to narrow it down. That way I can do that [00:13:09.418] by SBN by a description [00:13:12.139] and you'll see we default the sorting by published [00:13:14.200] date. So you're going to see the most recent ebooks [00:13:16.639] in your collection first. [00:13:18.599] If you want an A to Z instead [00:13:20.570] you just drop down and choose a to Z. We'll just leave [00:13:22.750] minus published date though. Um, and [00:13:24.859] of course, I do want to mention here, your ebooks are [00:13:26.928] going to look different than mine because you have different [00:13:29.149] collections than me. So, just be aware [00:13:31.340] if you're following along on your own or if you're going to be doing [00:13:33.548] this, once you leave our session today, [00:13:35.830] you're going to see different ebooks than me. [00:13:37.889] It's expected. [00:13:39.460] But let's just say my mental health because that's [00:13:41.519] what's [00:13:43.479] my collection is going to be. So, when [00:13:45.609] I search that here, you'll see, I have quite [00:13:47.859] a few different results. Looks like I have [00:13:50.019] 14 results here. [00:13:52.960] I have the option to select all titles. So if [00:13:55.038] I just know, you know, whatever, I just want all of these [00:13:57.210] in there, I can do that or I can [00:13:59.349] click on the ones that I want. So maybe [00:14:01.658] I like these three. [00:14:04.129] Maybe this one is helpful for me. [00:14:07.519] Now, I've got just the four here [00:14:09.580] and I can just hit ads like the titles. [00:14:13.038] I like to hit save again while I'm just here. [00:14:16.009] I'm one of those weird people that hit save way too [00:14:18.038] often. But I'm gonna hit save [00:14:20.330] here again. [00:14:22.070] Now you'll see down below. I have those four titles [00:14:24.428] I selected again. I can remove [00:14:26.500] them and I can also drag and drop [00:14:28.639] them whatever order I [00:14:30.649] want them to be in. [00:14:35.548] Now before I move on to the [00:14:37.759] bulk upload feature. Are there any questions [00:14:39.889] just about finding your [00:14:42.048] ebooks and adding them to a bookshelf? [00:14:49.080] Ok. I don't see any. So, [00:14:51.340] we'll keep moving, then we'll talk about how you can bulk [00:14:53.658] upload. So, if you have, you know, a hefty [00:14:56.190] list of ebooks that you want included, [00:14:58.678] you can use our A is ban list [00:15:00.690] option. [00:15:01.889] Now, when we add this list, you'll see it. [00:15:03.908] We actually have this little clue that tells you how [00:15:05.950] to do it. Um But you need a specific [00:15:08.349] spreadsheet, a CS V file [00:15:10.460] that we actually pull directly from Gale [00:15:12.759] Ebooks. [00:15:14.509] So how you're going to do that is you're going to run a search. [00:15:17.869] It could be mental health, it could be whatever you need the [00:15:19.899] search to be. You're gonna run a search and [00:15:21.940] you're going to export your results. [00:15:24.639] So when I say run a search, I actually mean on the [00:15:26.750] standard Gale Ebooks platform. [00:15:28.989] So I'm going to just use the basic search up top [00:15:31.200] here. You can jump back to the home page if you want. [00:15:33.428] It's the same thing, but I will run my search. [00:15:35.590] I'll do it again for mental health [00:15:39.788] and you'll see, this is actually going to pull me back into [00:15:41.899] Gale Ebooks, just the standard. This [00:15:43.940] is what your users see. [00:15:45.869] So [00:15:47.119] I'll pull this up. You'll see. I have a lot of results [00:15:49.158] here. Um And I'm going to export [00:15:51.538] results in my toolbar up top here [00:15:54.489] and this is going to generate that exact [00:15:56.500] sheet. We need to have that bulk upload [00:15:59.519] and you can filter your results first. So obviously, [00:16:01.820] I have 7900 [00:16:04.369] results which may be a little bit too much [00:16:06.590] for me. So before I export these, [00:16:08.840] I may want to narrow it down. Um If [00:16:11.038] I am in a K 12 arena, I may [00:16:13.070] want to narrow it down by lexile measure. [00:16:15.349] Um If I'm at the public library, I may want to [00:16:17.359] narrow down more specifically [00:16:19.500] on subjects or interest level, [00:16:21.678] I can do that. I'll just leave it for now. [00:16:24.440] So I'll export my results once I have [00:16:26.500] that, you'll [00:16:29.960] see it defaults to a range [00:16:32.099] of 1 to 1000. The max [00:16:34.168] and range is going to be 10,000. I'll just [00:16:36.308] leave it at 1000 for now [00:16:39.538] and I will say this will not duplicate titles [00:16:41.629] as well. So if you want to search, [00:16:43.690] um each search result [00:16:45.779] is going to show a specific chapter [00:16:48.580] or section within an ebook. [00:16:50.710] So there could be entries from one [00:16:52.759] ebook multiple times. You know, there may be five [00:16:54.788] chapters related to mental health in one ebook. [00:16:57.200] Um If that's the case, it's not going [00:16:59.308] to matter when you export these results, you're [00:17:01.359] still only going to see each ebook once [00:17:03.960] in your new collection. [00:17:06.368] So, so you have a few different ways to export it. [00:17:08.500] I just download it I personally think that's the [00:17:10.549] easiest way to do it because then I know exactly where [00:17:12.680] it is [00:17:14.019] on my desktop. [00:17:17.000] So we're going to download that here. [00:17:19.078] You know, we see, we have it here. [00:17:21.130] So we need to go back now to that [00:17:23.390] bookshelf curation kind of platform. [00:17:26.348] I'm just going to do that by clicking my banner up top [00:17:28.630] here. That's gonna launch me back to the home page. [00:17:31.979] And youll see here, my mental health collection [00:17:34.059] is already established. This is the one that [00:17:36.160] we just made here with my four ebooks [00:17:39.229] and you'll see it's listed here, [00:17:41.549] but we need to go back to our bookshelf [00:17:43.989] curation tool, which is still [00:17:46.009] down here. It's going to keep me logged [00:17:48.019] in. So even though I jump back to the main [00:17:50.118] ebooks platform, [00:17:51.680] um I didn't sign up so I can manage [00:17:53.809] my collections again. [00:17:56.838] So now we have this, let's go [00:17:58.910] back to my collection, my mental health [00:18:00.969] one. Now, [00:18:03.259] instead of hitting add titles, I'm going [00:18:05.269] to add ISBN list [00:18:08.769] and you'll see here. This is where I can browse [00:18:10.838] or I have it right here in my download [00:18:13.318] history. [00:18:14.199] I can click and drag it [00:18:19.269] and you'll see it's pretty instantaneous. [00:18:21.338] Now, obviously, this is a huge collection [00:18:23.380] because I didn't weed through these [00:18:25.390] at all before I just bulk uploaded them. [00:18:28.029] Um So again, you may want to filter ahead [00:18:30.140] of time to make sure you're not getting things that [00:18:32.209] are maybe a little bit [00:18:34.259] out of the scope of your collection. But [00:18:36.838] once you do run that search and get your [00:18:38.949] filters going and have your collection, that's a really [00:18:41.209] nice way to do that [00:18:43.559] same deal. Even though this is bulk [00:18:45.598] uploaded, I can get rid of individual ones [00:18:48.368] as needed and I can still organize [00:18:50.469] them as well. [00:18:57.000] Again, I'm gonna hit save [00:18:59.789] and then if I want to see this one more time to make [00:19:01.939] sure this is what I want my users to [00:19:03.959] see. I'll just hit my gale ebooks [00:19:06.098] banner [00:19:07.588] to go back to the user experience. [00:19:10.219] You'll see. Now, I have 100 and seven [00:19:12.239] mental health books listed in this [00:19:14.400] bookshelf if I click the [00:19:16.459] title, I'll be able to see all of them [00:19:24.818] and I can click right into these if I want to, to read [00:19:26.828] the full ebook or you'll see. Now [00:19:28.880] up top here, my search bar says [00:19:31.009] search within collection as opposed [00:19:33.130] to searching the entire platform. So [00:19:35.189] I also have the option to just search these ebooks [00:19:37.509] that I've isolated for my users, [00:19:39.618] which again is a nice feature to have. [00:19:45.380] Now, I'm going to go back to manage my collections. [00:19:49.459] And again, I can move this anywhere. I want [00:19:51.479] it to go. If maybe I don't actually want it at the top, [00:19:53.910] maybe I want it in alphabetical order or [00:19:56.318] I just prefer it to be down below. That's totally [00:19:58.549] fine. Again, or I can delete [00:20:00.689] it or I can disable it. If I disable [00:20:03.170] it, you'll see it goes gray. They're not going, your [00:20:05.400] users are not going to see it [00:20:07.098] and turn it back on. If I decide to delete [00:20:09.250] the collection, [00:20:10.400] it does give me a warning or you wanna delete [00:20:12.588] it. Yep. [00:20:14.588] And it's gone like it was never [00:20:16.618] there. [00:20:18.299] It's a really simple way to kind of curate that [00:20:21.588] and I did mention you have the ability to [00:20:23.640] click in to purchase ebooks as well on this [00:20:25.750] platform. So [00:20:27.049] if you were clicking through, maybe you were [00:20:29.118] building a mental health bookshelf [00:20:31.250] and you realize, well, I don't have a lot of ebooks about [00:20:33.979] anxiety or maybe [00:20:36.039] a DH D and I really want to get some of those [00:20:38.660] right up top here in this right hand corner, [00:20:41.358] we have a little purchase ebooks button. [00:20:43.868] What it's gonna do is it's going to launch you in a new tab to [00:20:45.969] gail.com [00:20:47.338] and that takes you right to our ebook collections. [00:20:49.699] So you'll be able to go through, filter out to [00:20:51.779] find [00:20:52.670] whichever ebooks you need, you'll be able [00:20:54.699] to sign in just like you normally would if you're purchasing [00:20:56.880] ebooks [00:21:00.088] and this feature is only found in that [00:21:02.098] bookshelf curation because of course, [00:21:04.348] we don't want your users clicking into there because [00:21:07.150] they can't purchase ebooks on their own. And it would just be [00:21:09.180] a little bit confusing. So this is only [00:21:11.250] found in that bookshelf curation tool [00:21:13.509] that we have. [00:21:19.140] And that's what I have for you all today about our bookshelf [00:21:21.660] curation tool. It's a pretty clean, [00:21:24.189] easy to use feature and [00:21:26.279] it's always readily available for you again down [00:21:28.588] here, right under all of your collections, you'll [00:21:30.699] be able to sign right in [00:21:32.108] and manage those. [00:21:34.809] Now, if there are any questions, please feel free to [00:21:36.858] put them in the Q and A, I haven't seen any pop up, [00:21:39.000] but I do want to remind you that that's open while [00:21:41.479] you're typing questions. If you are, [00:21:43.430] I'm going to switch back over here just to give [00:21:45.559] you some contact information. So if [00:21:47.709] you have some additional questions about this, that you [00:21:49.759] didn't think of on the session, I want you to be [00:21:51.789] able to reach out to someone. [00:22:53.779] You'll also find great marketing material to help you out [00:22:55.880] there as well. So [00:23:03.449] if you don't have those reach out to our technical [00:23:05.459] support team and they'll be able to help you out. Their [00:23:07.630] email is just gale.technicalsupport@cengage.com [00:23:09.769] They'll give you that information [00:23:12.588] and then you'll be ready to go to make [00:23:14.848] your own bookshelves and your own collections. [00:23:19.779] Now, I haven't seen any questions come in, so I'm going [00:23:21.818] to assume we don't have any. So I'll end our session [00:23:23.900] today. I appreciate everyone for being [00:23:25.930] on the line and hopefully we'll see you in future sessions. [00:23:28.568] Please enjoy the rest of your day.
